Our digital library and content viewer are designed for licensed or public-domain materials only. We do NOT claim ownership of copyrighted works. Full copyrighted books are NOT hosted for public download unless we have explicit permission/license from the rights holder.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

Required Information for DMCA Notice:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the work you claim has been infringed, including URL or other specific location where the authorized work can be found.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL where the allegedly infringing material is located on our website.
  3. Your contact information: Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district court

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Anshuman Singh has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

7. Content Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider of the removal
  • Provide the content provider with a copy of the DMCA notice
  • Advise the content provider of their right to submit a counter-notification

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
